1 V1_Planning review complete. Please review all outside agency comments (available in EDARP) as well as County Planning (green) and Engineering (blue) comments on the uploaded application documents.

- Application
- Letter of Intent
- Site Plan Drawing

An additional document titled "V1_Review Checklist" has been uploaded. This covers Planning review criteria and should help you address the green box comments on your documents.

Please contact and work with all utility companies (Black Hills Energy, City of Fountain Electric, and Widefield Water & Sanitation) regarding all existing infrastructure on the property and the placement of your accessory buildings within the easements. Easements are identified on your Plat - image in lower right of Site Plan document. From Plat No. 2733, "All easements are 8 feet each side of lot lines unless otherwise noted." Utility providers will be able to assist in locating their underground lines (which need to be shown on the site plan). I am adding a document request for easement holder verification letters.

Thank you,
Miranda Benson

Engineering comments on the following documents (to be uploaded by the project manager). Engineering comments were returned early, other agency comments can be expected in early March:
- Letter of Intent
- Site Plan

A driveway permit is not on file for this property as the home was constructed prior to the access permit process. Please see the instructions uploaded as a separate document and complete an application online through EDARP. In the application, include that the home was built in 1968 and the fees will be waived.
