The El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department has reviewed this rezoning application and has no objections to the rezoning of these parcels of land. The rezoning allows the project to fall into accordance with the El Paso County Land Development Code in regards to rural residential lot sizes. EPC Parks looks forward to reviewing forthcoming Preliminary Plans and Final Plats, as well as working with the applicant to plan future recreational amenities including the large 100+ acre open space tract on top of and on the south side of Ben Lomand Mountain. Rezoning applications do not require endorsement by the El Paso County Park Advisory Board, so these comments are being provided administratively. | 1/23/2025 8:21:39 AM | |
