Description: Rezoning from RR5 to RR2.5. The Proposed Development will include approximately 74 single-family residential lots with a minimum lot size of 2.5 acres. The lots will generally be located in the north and east areas of the site. Each lot will be accessed by public roadways. The lots will be serviced by individual wells and septic systems. The site will be accessed from multiple intersections on County Line Road to the north of the Site. The existing fire road access locations will remain.
