Description
Amendment to the PUDSP and Final Plat to replace alternating 1 ft. and 5 ft. side setbacks with a uniform 3 ft. setback. Building separation will be the same; structures will now be centered on the lots. This application updates side setbacks, drainage and utility easements, and lot typicals.
