Upon reviewing the project and site location, El Paso County Parks staff has found that there are no immediate impacts to El Paso County parks, trails, open space, or other El Paso County Parks related items. It should be noted that the Garrett Road proposed bicycle route will run along Garrett Road and the applicant should be aware of the ROW and ensure no items are within it.
