View	OPPOSE Name: Shea Thomas Date: 1/30/2026 10:38:54 PM	Hi, I live several houses down and I wanted to share why I strongly oppose this project. This family has repeatedly disrupted the neighborhood with loud late-night parties, fireworks, and reckless behavior. Their letter to the county is misleading as well. They claim only 3 work vehicles and minor repairs, yet I’ve seen 6–7 vehicles (some non-operational) and major work like engine swaps. They say they drive responsibly, but regularly burn out, leaving gravel on Garrett Rd and causing visible road damage. And they also have already shown disregard for county codes by having a second, illegal driveway and an illegal junkyard on the back of their land (which I have provided a photo of). Their actions show a blatant disregard for the community and the county. So, for these reasons, I respectfully urge the county to deny this project.
