V2_Planning review complete.One revision is needed to page 3 of the Final Plat Drawing. An email was also sent and will be uploaded here. After this correction has been made, you are ready for recording! Please let me know when you would like to drop off the documents for recording. I will set up a meeting for you to come into our office. After you have dropped off the documents, our staff will obtain the appropriate County signatures and forward the documents to the Clerk & Recorder's office for recording. Please bring the following: - Mylar fully owner-executed, surveyor stamped, with Pikes Peak Regional Building Department stamp. I recommend that you schedule an appointment with PPRBD Enumerations before your meeting with me to save you time or an extra trip. - Certificate of Taxes Due (CTD) from the Treasurer’s Office (not an internet print-out) indicating that all taxes are paid through the recording date. - Updated Title Commitment dated within 30 days of the recording date. - Final copy of Special Warranty Deed (the EDARP copy has a “DRAFT” watermark). Please see attached for the recording fee checklist. The fees identified in the spreadsheet are due at the time of plat recording. (Your estimate is $86.00.) Review 1: The proposed area of disturbance is less than 1 acre (in fact, zero acres), therefore an ESQCP is not required. If the area of disturbance exceeds 1 acre at any time, all work must be stopped and an ESQCP must be obtained in order to resume construction. EPC DPW Stormwater has no comments.
