This is an Cherokee Metro District signed/approved version of the utility plan. The meter & backflow assembly spec has been switched with the current non-residential 3/4 - 2" District spec Irrigation water line is not shown in this plan, but future irrigation will be required to be metered in the building as the spec lays out before exiting the building. Any updates to the utility plan shall require approval from Cherokee Metro District. Understand that the ownership of the water line past the valved locations will be the permanent maintenance responsibility of the owner/applicant; the ownership of the sewer lines is from the building to where the service line meets the main in El Jefe Street. |
