3 This is an Cherokee Metro District signed/approved version of the utility plan. The meter & backflow assembly spec has been switched with the current non-residential 3/4 - 2" District spec

Irrigation water line is not shown in this plan, but future irrigation will be required to be metered in the building as the spec lays out before exiting the building.

Any updates to the utility plan shall require approval from Cherokee Metro District. Understand that the ownership of the water line past the valved locations will be the permanent maintenance responsibility of the owner/applicant; the ownership of the sewer lines is from the building to where the service line meets the main in El Jefe Street.

3 1. This area has been replatted, the address for the coffee shop will be the new Lot 1 address – 1521 El Jefe Heights. Please be sure to submit plans under the revised address.
2. It appears the trash enclosure will be under 7’ feet in height. No separate address or permit is required.

1 1. The new coffee shop can use the parcel address of 1541 El Jefe Heights.
2. How tall is the trash enclosure? Trash enclosures over 7’ in height will require a separate address and permit.
3. The plans submitted for the coffee shop will not be approved by Enumerations until the Final Plat for Claremont Business Park 2 Filing No 2 has been recorded and sent to Enumerations for our records.
