Outstanding comments not addressed:
1. The covered parking is a carport or canopy? Please include construction drawing. Carports and canopies are required to have separate addresses and permits.
2. The Conex unit containers on site will only be used for storage? See link here for RBD’s policy on containers. https://www.pprbd.org/File/ByAlias/ShippingContainers
3. Looks like there are different fencing in different locations. Be clear as to which is in which locations so that addressing can be assigned.
You are welcome to email me with the responses if you would like.

5. The address to the site will be 14191 Stapleton Drive.
6. The trash enclosure does not require a permit or separate address with RBD.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) has reviewed the plans for the 4-Way Commercial Site Development Plan in El Paso County. Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is in receipt of the above referenced permit application and is familiar with the site. Based both on the location and type of action that has been taken CPW anticipates that the impacts to the wildlife resource from this project would be negligible.

We appreciate being given the opportunity to comment. Please feel free to contact District Wildlife Manager, Aaron Berscheid, should you have any questions or require additional information at 719-439-9601 or via email at aaron.berscheid@state.co.us

1. Standard Development comments:
a. For assignment of addressing for lots and tracts, place addressing marker (xxx) where they are intended to be utilized. Addressing marker for lots should be front door.
b. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire APPROVED development plan (d.p.) to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the development plan will be placed on a list to be addressed. Development plans that are not yet approved may be addressed, however additional plan review fees will accrue if changes are made to the D.P. after initial addressing.

2. How tall is the perimeter fence? If it exceeds 7’, a separate address will need to be assigned along with a separate permit. Please clarify if this is the fencing on page C2.
3. The covered parking is a carport or canopy? Please include construction drawing. Carports and canopies are required to have separate addresses and permits.
4. Enumeration will not number the storage units within the storage buildings.
5. Signs will require separate addressing and separate permits.
6. The Conex unit containers on site will only be used for storage? See link here for RBD’s policy on containers. https://www.pprbd.org/File/ByAlias/ShippingContainers
7. If the trash enclosure exceeds 7’, a separate address will need to be assigned along with a separate permit.
You area welcome to email me with the responses if you would like.
