Description
We have 310 acres on N Peyton Highway that we're working to divide into smaller lots (sub 35 acres). We'd like to discuss the feasibility of splitting a portion, of all of the land into 5-10 acre tracts. We've had a preliminary water analysis completed by a local water engineer and it looks as if there is plenty of water available.
