Owner would like to subdivide the 2 parcels and plat into smaller 2.5 acre lots. With this, we will need to rezone to RR-2.5. In addition, the owner would like to rezone the north-west corner to CS for RV storage and self storage concept. See attached plans. Open to other options for zoning that allows this use. Need to know all the requirements and timing for this proposal.
