1 | Through contract support, Headquarters Combat Forces Command is now conducting Space Operations Installations Compatible Use Zones studies for both Schriever and Peterson Space Force Bases. The SOICUZ studies evaluate land areas surrounding our installations for operational impacts associated with sources of electromagnetic interference, among other aspects. Specific recommendations to promote land use compatibility from both studies are forthcoming and will be shared once complete.
