Black Forest Fire Protection District

BFFRPD (Black Forest Fire Rescue Protection District) has reviewed the proposed project. One point of concern is Fire Apparatus Access (Appendix D in the IFC).We would like to see the width and length of the shared driveway from Egerton Rd to the end. How is this shared driveway maintained and is there sufficient space for Fire apparatus to turn around at the dead end, per Appendix D in the IFC? Thank you for your review on this. This is our only question at this time, but respectfully reserve the right to comment on any future submittals. | 8/26/2025 7:26:58 PM | |
