Engineering Review Ver.1 Please see the following engineer comment on the review documents V1_Site Deveopment Plan V1_TIS (Major Critical Comments) Proposed access and site circulation plan are not recommended A final drainage report is requested for review (missing) V1_GEOTECH Report. EPC DPW does not recommend waiving the requirement for a required GEOTECH report for a platting action due the extensive excavation and emplacement of underground fuel tanks. The soil conditions and hazards/constraints are not known. The Phoenix Tower commercial building on the existing parcel should have had a GEOTECH report on file that could be referenced for area site soil conditions and any hazards or constraints etc. DPW requests to review the draft plat prior to the site development plan approval.
