Review 2. Engineering comments on the following documents: - Soils Report - Structural Plan - Site Plan Structural Plan and Site Plan comments uploaded in separate documents. Soils report comments here since ENTECH report is locked for comments: Engineering comment is unresolved on the Soils report. It appears the same report was resubmitted. The report does not include a discussion/analysis of the 100 year storm water depth in the pond and whether the standing water would have any impact on the stability (lateral, buoyancy, etc.) of the retaining wall. Either the original report can be updated to include the requested information or a Soils Memorandum, certified and sealed by a CO professional, can be submitted with this information.
