Consider adding an example of how maintenance costs will be allocated, such as: "If one Lot Owner uses only 25% of the Shared Access to get to their driveway, and the other uses 100%, then they are equally responsible for the first 25% and the 2nd owner is 100% responsible for the remaining 75%)."
