DPW Engineering Review 1:

- Please see attached Bridge Final Acceptance Checklist for all items needed. The only items on the list provided was the concrete and density testing. If there's any questions on the documents needed, please reach out to staff.
- As-built CD's will be reviewed once bridge has gone through the Preliminary Acceptance (PA) walk.
- Roadway and public improvements built over the bridge will be reviewed with Homestead North Filing No. 1. Public certification letter will be submitted with as-builts for that project and will not be needed as part of the bridge as-built submittal package.
- Please include the approved shot rock detail for the footers with the as-built plans.
