V2_ planning review complete. All planning comments (green boxes) were resolved on lighting plan and site plan. One minor change is needed on the Letter of Intent. Our department has another project type with the name "Administrative Relief". Because this project is going to the PC and BOCC hearing bodies, they will be the ones approved any alternative design. To avoid causing confusion for the hearing bodies, please rename the title of that section and remove the reference to "Administrative Relief". All other comments on the Letter of Intent were resolved. Outside agency comments from CSU and PPRBD Enumerations still need to be resolved on the site plan. It is a conforming advertising device, which means it would be eligible for conversion to a CEVMS (changeable electronic variable message sign).
