El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. The Planning and Community Development project manager has confirmed that this PUD Amendment will not add any new lots, even though one existing lot is being split into two, as one previously-platted lot was never utilized. Therefore, the lot count does not increase, and additional regional and urban park fees will not be assessed. Regional and urban park fees were paid at the time of the recording of the previous two final plats. EPC Parks has no further comments regarding this minor amendment. Thank you. 12/10/2024 1:14:51 PM
