El Paso County Parks and Community Services. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows the project impacting the proposed Jackson Creek Primary Regional Trail corridor. As part of the original 2016 Academy Gateway Subdivision Final Plat application, EPC Parks requested a 25' Regional Trail easement, which was dedicated to El Paso County on the Final Plat, as Reception #217713997, and as shown on the applicant's current Site Development Plans and within Tract C in the Final Plat. As such, no additional trail easements or park land dedications are necessary. As this is a commercial application, no regional park fees will be assessed, however an update to the EPC Land Development Code over the next year and half may or may not change this fee requirement. EPC Parks appreciates the dedication and inclusion of the Regional Trail Easement on the Final Plat. Thank you! 4/16/2025 11:03:01 AM

1. Each separate group of hail net/canopies will be assigned the address of the lot along with a letter to designate a separate address. When submitting plans for the new auto dealership, please submit under 208 Gleneagle Gate View. The hail canopies should use 309 Gleneagle Gate Vw with letter designations.
2. The carwash building will be 204 Gleneagle Gate Vw.
3. Please contact Enumerations prior to plan submittal to receive addressing layout. This will be required when submitting plans for permit.
4. Will the equipment shed at 13502 Struthers Road be removed?
5. Irrigation address 122 North Gate Blvd is active
