Engineering Review 6: All Development Services Engineering comments have been addressed. No further comments are re-review are necessary. Road Impact Fee will be assessed for only phase 1 of the submitted SDP. Fee for future phases will be assessed according to the acreage table provided on the SDP. Fee calculation for Phase 1 is as follows: (10.19 Acres) x (1,264 dollars/acre) = $12,880.16 Once Road Impact Fees are paid and documents are approved, they will be uploaded to EDARP by the project manager. A preconstruction meeting is required prior to the start of construction activities. Once approved documents are uploaded you may contact Brad Walters at bradwalters@elpasoco.com to schedule a meeting. Financial Assurance will be collected at this time. 1. The summary in EDARP mentions this submittal does not include structures; however the site plan shows shooting overhead covers. 2. If this site development plan review includes the overhead cover/shooting platform in all phases they will require separate addresses and permits. 3. Enumerations suggests that we address all of the structures at the same time to be able to provide a comprehensive addressing plan for the facility.
