1. The address for the overall existing lot of 11745 Owl Place should not be used moving forward. Address assigned to proposed lot 4 is 7885 Meridian Park Drive.
2. If the trash enclosure exceeds 7’, a separate address will need to be assigned along with a separate permit. Please clarify by contacting me directly. Once this is done, I will close out my comments.
3. A wrecking permit to remove the current home/mobile home is not required but what will be required is that the El Paso County Assessor’s office is notified when the mobile home is removed, so that they can remove the listing of this home from the website. Enumerations requires this to be able to approve any plans in this filing.
