Description
The property owners would like to convert an existing barn into an accessory living quarter that is requesting to encroach into the setback. A 5' setback where 25' is required. Post the BOA hearing, the applicants may apply for the accessory living quarter for permanent occupancy, not to be rented, within the setback, if the BOA is approved. The barn was built in 1989 and is currently 5-feet away from the property line. The property owners are requesting 20-foot setback relief.
