Enumerations has the following comments: 1. 2 of the surrounding lots are each shown as site S-341(r). According to our map of Crystal Park, the one closest to site S-145 should be labeled as Site S-221. Verify and update accordingly. 2. The address of 348 as shown on this plat is appropriate if the access is to be from Spruce Rd. If the access is not from Spruce Rd., contact Enumerations to request an address assignment from the access road. 3. Show the name of the street this lot will access from on the plat. 4. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording as per usual procedure. An Enumerations fee of $10 will be due at the time of mylar review.
