Paint Brush Hills Metro
2/10/2025 3:11:07 PM |
Paint Brush Hills has concerns with the water tank. The current tank has a low profile, adding a tank that is 4 times the size of the current tank next to the State Land Board Property will decrease the value of that property. Building next to a tank of that size, and having the "easement" fenced off will make those lots harder to find buyers. PBHMD request that the fence be moved to the property line and the tank to have no more of a profile then the current tank. | 2/10/2025 3:11:07 PM | |
