I visited the site today 12/7/23, and found that the berm shown on the GECP was installed as drawn outside the floodplain. Also the erosion control mat which protruded slightly into the mapped floodplain at grade was installed. The bank had been disturbed under the erosion control matting by the owner who was removing concrete rubble as I understand it. No appreciable fill was noted in the floodplain and the banks appeared to be stabilized as if work was complete in that area.

Any future fill plans along the creek bank should be coordinated with the Regional Floodplain office:

No further comments on this plan , and no further requirements from the floodplain office for this project.

No fill allowed in the floodway, please provide a site plan prepared by a licensed surveyor showing the extents of fill placed on site as well as the extents of the floodway including elevation data at the top and tow of fill areas.
If fill has been placed in the floodway a no rise certification will need to be prepared by Colorado licensed engineer certifying that the fill has caused no rise in floodplain elevations, or the fill will need to be removed from the floodplain.

MVEA has an overhead electric line running east to west through the property. This must be shown on the plat/plan. No permanent structures are allowed within the 20 feet width of the easement/electric line. 12/6/2023 10:27:29 AM

1. Permit for the garage conversion to workshop (N23945), with Regional Building is in A statis, which means the inspections exceeded 180 days without an inspection. This permit needs to be reopened, receive inspections and closed out.
No further comment.
