1. Enumerations will require the final recorded document vacating the lot lines prior to signing off any plan submitted to Regional Building Department for permit issuance.
2. Once the lot line is vacated please use 11694 Bent Grass Market View for the larger of the two buildings.
3. If the trash enclosure exceeds 7’ therefore, a separate address will need to be assigned along with a separate permit.

This proposed project is located within the Bent Grass Metropolitan District boundaries. The District assess’ platting and building permit fees for new development within the District Boundaries, the District also assess’ a mill levy on property within the District Boundaries.

The fees for this year are as follows:
Traffic Signal Fee:
Commercial - $10,000/ACRE
Residential - $1,000/ACRE

Platting Fees:
Commercial- $5500/ACRE
Residential- $5500/ACRE

Building Permit Fees:
Commercial-
Commercial/Industrial/Other non-residential- $1.00/SQUARE FOOT
