1. Wrecking permits have been issued and finalized for the former structures at 7525 Adventure Way (53080-00-002). 2. A wrecking permit is required for any structures at 7425 Adventure Way (53080-00-071). Enumerations will not approve plans for this project until the wrecking permit for 7425 Adventure Way has been issued. 3. Parcel 53080-00-082 - does not have any building permit history. 4. The first building with the office can use the parcel address of 7525 ADVENTURE WAY, all other buidings and canopies will use the 7525 Adventure Way address with a letter designation (A-N) 5. The trash enclosure is over 7’ in height and will require a separate address and permit. The address for the trash enclosure is 7537 Adventure Way. 6. The fence appears to be 7’ in height. Fences over 7’ in height receive a separate address or permit. In this case, a permit is not required for the fence.
