Note that the direct access from Old Meridian will be condition limited as there is a local road (Chicago) that provides lower road classification access. This driveway entrance may be required to be closed in the future. Commercial development of the parcels to the west along Chicago will trigger this. A one-way driveway entrance access from Old Meridian will be approved in the interim
Driveway access permit has been approved.
Thank you.

Review 2: EPC DPW Stormwater has no further comments. Planner: no re-review necessary.

Note: The project area of disturbance is less than 1 acre, therefore an ESQCP is not required. If the area of disturbance exceeds 1 acre at any time, all work must be stopped and an ESQCP must be obtained in order to resume construction.

Comments for E911 as follows:

Chicago Ave is an acceptable logical continuation

In regard to the previously platted 7th Street ROW.
It does not appear that there is any intention to construct this roadway.
If it is the intention that this ROW be constructed, E911 recommends a name change for this road as it does not fit the criteria for new development.

Thank you
