Description
Administrative site development plan to add an office/warehouse building to an existing site. Applicant would like to construct an 80’ x 275’ (22,000 SF) office/warehouse on the property in addition to the existing 13,200 SF office/warehouse. The construction of the new office/warehouse including new parking area and warehouse entrance pavement will disturb less than 1 acre (35,050 SF) and required earthwork will be less than 500 CY’s.

- O&M Manual
- Notice of Intent to Construct a Non-Jurisdictional Water Impoundment Structure (proof of submittal only). This would not be needed if you do an underground stormwater facility.
- SDI Form or MHFD_Detention Calcs (submitted separately on EDARP)
- SWMP
- SWMP Checklist

1. There is already permit history for 2217 Janitell Road, D92673 (new service) and D76548 (temp service). Based on existing addressing in the area 2217 is out of sequence and the new building will need to have a new address. Please use 2185 Janitell Rd for the new office/warehouse bldg.
2. Secondary addressing will apply, it appears this building will have separate tenants. See our handout found on our website for secondary addressing guidelines.
