Review 2: EPC DPW Stormwater comments have been provided (in orange text boxes) on the following uploaded documents: - Drainage Letter - Letter of Intent - Maintenance Agreement - PBMP Applicability Form - Site Development Plan....(to be uploaded with Development Services comments) Due to the volume or complexity of the comments provided, these comments are preliminary in nature and EPC DPW Stormwater reserves the right to make additional comments. Additional detailed comments will be provided upon receipt of complete information/plans and resolution of the major issues. Please feel free to call if you have any questions regarding this review. Since an ESQCP and PBMP are required, the following documents still need to be submitted: - ESQCP - FAE - GEC Checklist - GEC Plan - O&M Manual - Notice of Intent to Construct a Non-Jurisdictional Water Impoundment Structure (proof of submittal only). 1. There is already permit history for 2217 Janitell Road, D92673 (new service) and D76548 (temp service). Based on existing addressing in the area 2217 is out of sequence and the new building will need to have a new address. Please use 2185 Janitell Rd for the new office/warehouse bldg. 2. Secondary addressing will apply, it appears this building will have separate tenants. See our handout found on our website for secondary addressing guidelines.
