1. There is already permit history for 2217 Janitell Road, D92673 (new service) and D76548 (temp service). Based on existing addressing in the area 2217 is out of sequence and the new building will need to have a new address. Please use 2185 Janitell Rd for the new office/warehouse bldg. 2. Secondary addressing will apply, it appears this building will have separate tenants. See our handout found on our website for secondary addressing guidelines.
