Description

Request by BLH No 2 LLC, with representation by Kimberly Johnson with N.E.S. Inc., for approval of the Rivet at Percheron Filing No. 2 Final Plat. If approved the proposed application would allow for the establishment of 58 single-family residential lots, 19 tracts. The tracts will provide a mix of public improvements, drainage, landscaping, public access and multiple ancillary site improvements and a one-acre park. There is a planned right-of-way for Banning Lewis Parkway, Golden Jubilee Drive, Dandy Drive, Old Drover Drive and Charolais Way. The site is zoned PUD/AO (Planned Unit Development with airport overlay, is 12.57 acres in size, and located South of East Woodmen Road and East of Mohawk Road.
