The tracts will provide a mix of public improvements, drainage, landscaping, public access and multiple ancillary site improvements and a one-acre park. There is a planned right-of-way for Banning Lewis Parkway, Golden Jubilee Drive, Dandy Drive, Old Drover Drive and Charolais Way. The site is zoned PUD/AO (Planned Unit Development with airport overlay, is 12.57 acres in size, and located South of East Woodmen Road and East of Mohawk Road.
