Engineering documents will be sent to ECM administrator for approval. The engineering documents will be uploaded onto EDARP once approved by the ECM Administrator.

Note, per condition of approval on the vacate replat project, the development agreement shall be completed and recorded prior to site development plan approval. Please address any comments from the County Attorney.

Road impact fees are not due to EPC as this site is within the Woodmen Road Metro District.

Minor comment on Site Dev Plan Title/Heading. Apologies in advance - previous comments were issued in error.

Shop's with an apostrophe is either a contraction or possessive. "The Shop is" or something belongs to the Shop.

The Shops (plural) does not need apostrophe.

The title should be consistent with the subdivision name according to plat # 13659:

"The Shops Filing No. 1 at Meridian Ranch" "Lot 2B"

This is a site development plan so we're not changing the name of the subdivision with this application.

2. The trash enclosure does not meet the requirement based on height to have an address assigned and separate permit issued.
