FYI:

- Per El Paso County Engineering Criteria Manual Chapter 2.4.1.B "accesses shall be separated by a distance equal to the entering sight distance values in Table 2-35."
The parcel does not meet the referenced criteria for multiple access points. No new driveway access will be allowed for the proposed structure.

- There is no Driveway Access Permit on file for existing driveway. A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points within unincorporated El Paso County and is required for building permit applications. Please apply for a driveway access permit through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online.

Please address the following items on your site plan:

- Brief description of request
- The setback request on this sheet should match the letter of intent.
- Include setback requirements and what is being proposed. Include the side setback.
- Include the proposed driveway location
- Include the distance from the house to the proposed garage
- draw the 24'x24' garage to scale - it is a rectangle
- graphic scale
- include the location and width of all sidewalks
- height of the proposed garage
- Do you have documentation that the easement was vacated?
- if applicable, indicate the location of existing and proposed water and wastewater infrastructure, including well(s) and septic system(s)
- if applicable, location of all no-build areas, floodplain(s), and drainage facilities
- Note the existing/proposed land use, parcel size, and zoning
