FAE_V3: No new SDP comments. Final review will be with the FAE submitted with the Plat VR239.

Road Impact fees are applicable to be paid at time of building permit.

Use Class: Mini Warehouse $725 / 1,000 sqft for 53,800sqft building space and RV parking stall total area TBD
Please update LOI as needed as the LOI_V3 indicates only 95 RV storage spaces for a parking area that is 75,000sqft in total for planned RV storage area. Update Site Dev. Plan per comments.

Detention Maintenance agreement to be completed with the plat VR239 and signed.
ROW License agreement to be completed for Developer landscape maintenance of channel area.
Drainage Basin and bridge fees due at time of plat recordation.

SDP approved after Final Plat VR239 approval.

1. Please use 7945 Meridian Park Drive when submitting plans for the storage buildings.
2. It appears the Office building is not attached any of the storage buildings and will use the assigned address 7945 Meridian Park Drive. The separate storage buildings will have the main address and building letters shall be used starting with A.
3. The have the mobile homes (temp set) at 11690 and 11750 Owl Place been removed? Enumerations will not approve the plans for the new storage building until these have been removed.
4. Any trash enclosures not attached to a building and over 7' in height will receive a separate address and require a permit.
