Site Development Plan:
- On the site plan drawing please show all the buildings on the parcel, property lines, and easements. Please include access points on the drawing.
- Per VA122 no direct access to Highway 105 is allowed. Any existing or proposed direct access from Highway 105 to the parcel shall be closed.
- There is no Driveway Access Permit on file for the parcel. A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points onto a county or private road within unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a driveway access permit through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online.
