Regarding a request for approval of a special use at 12643 Fulford Ct., Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Enumerations considers the new structure to be a separate dwelling unit which will require a separate address. The applicant should contact Enumerations to establish this address prior to submitting building plans for review/permit to be used with the building plans.

The Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD offers the following comments on the Oholendt Special Use for an RV garage with a mother-in-law suite. The applicant is only allowed per his well permit to have one single family dwelling, .56 acre-feet, 4,000 sq. feet of irrigation . A mother-in-law suite would constitute a second living dwelling and would be a violation of his well permit. He is located in Sylvan Meadows Subdivision which may have rules prohibiting a second dwelling as well. The district does allow up to two dwellings per lot on one well, but he would need to have his well permit amended and verify it can be done per Sylvan Meadows water supply plan. He would also have to share that .56 acre-feet between both dwellings, and the irrigation cannot not be expanded beyond what is allowed per his permit. 4/21/2022 2:08:21 PM

There is no Driveway Access Permit on file for existing driveway. A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points onto a county or private road. Please apply for a driveway access permit through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online.
