1. Since the lean-to sheds are over 120 SF they will require a separate address and permit. The northern shed will be 16306 Mt Herman Ln and the southern shed will be 16304 Mt Herman Ln. Please submit plans under one of these addresses. The plan can be submitted under one address, but will need two separate permits.

1. On the site plan, please show locations for the two produce storage sheds. We will need to assign an address to these two sheds.
2. Will the trash enclosure be attached to the barn and how tall will the enclosure be? If the enclosure is detached from the barn and is over 7’ in height a separate address and permit will be required.

Hello,

1. On the site plan, please show square footage of each structure, current and proposed, on site. Specifically show use of each structure especially the ticket booth and Produce Storage Shed.
2. It appears the two new structures will be for commercial use and will need to be submitted for permit. See our Commercial Plan Review handout at this link https://www.pprbd.org/Download/CommercialHandout#CHJump
3. Each of the new commercial structures will need separate addresses and will need to be submitted under these addresses when submitting plans to Regional Building Department.
