Regarding a request for approval of a special use for a wireless internet installation, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. This installation will require an address separate from the existing residence on the parcel. The address of 26907 Handle Rd. has been preliminarily assigned for this installation.
2. Enumerations has no objection to a special use.

- Per ECM 2.4.1G an approved driveway permit must be obtained prior to construction of an access point. A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points in unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a driveway access permit through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online.

- A Work in the Right-of-Way permit from El Paso County Department of Public Works is required for the placement of utilities and all construction activities in County right-of-way.
