The following comment was provided on August 11, 2021 kariparsons@elpasoco.com Mail - EDARP Homestead North Preliminary Plan Hello Kari Parsons, The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has reviewed the documents associated with the Homestead North Preliminary Plan, File #SP208, northeast of Colorado Springs, CO. The Service has no concerns with this project resulting in impacts to species listed as candidate, proposed, threatened, or endangered. If there is a “No Effect” determination, there is no need to contact Ecological Services. We appreciate your efforts to ensure the conservation of threatened and endangered species. Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for Mountain View Electric, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The number shown on the application in the tax ID/Parcel number is not a tax schedule number. Please update to show the tax schedule number of the location of this project. 2. The letter of intent mentions new structures will be built to support this project. These structures will require separate addresses. The applicant should contact Enumerations prior to submitting building plans to establish an address to be used for plan submittal. 3. If new electric services are required as part of this project, the applicant should contact Enumerations to establish addresses as needed.
