Is the general public visiting this site? Is this property now changing from residential to commercial? If it is the structures need to be converted with permits. Each structure being used for commercial use will need an address assigned. In reviewing permit history with Regional Building department for this property I am not finding the history for this temporary structures. What is the size of the concession stand? Is the picnic area a pavilion, if so what is the size of this structure ? Is the animal petting area the 3rd structure that is currently temporary? Are the areas of face painting, tractor ride pickup, cornbox, structures? Please clarify.
