1. The intent letter states that there will be an 25x30 pavilion built. There is not a pavilion of this size referenced on the site plan. Only at 20x35. Please clarify which size is correct. Any of the structures being used for commercial use for the outdoor wedding venue will need to be converted to commercial use through Regional Building department, (RBD). 25x30 pavilion-new construction, 48x46 pole barn-existing, 36x36 Alpaca barn(photo’s only)-existing. 2. When plans are submitted to RBD for permit to convert from residential use to commercial use, please use the following addresses. On March 4, 2021, CPW provided an official land use comment letter on the variance of use for the Black Forest Meadows project explaining that CPW anticipated that the impacts on the wildlife resource from this project would be negligible.
