Documents for this referral include Geologic Hazard Additional Borings, Springs at Waterview East (Trails at Aspen Ridge) by Entech Engineering, dated August 9, 2019. We last provided comments for portions of this subdivision on 7.19.19. We appreciate the addition of a clear figure (Fig. 1) in Entech’s response addendum depicting locations of the test borings. However, the use of the same color (red) for TB’s with the same numbers (1, 2, and 3) makes it unclear which ones relate to the dates given in the legend. However, from this figure we can discern the subsurface basis for the conclusions provided in the report and have no further comment.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Trails at Aspen Ridge Filing No. 4, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Enumerations was provided a copy of the entirety of the Trails at Aspen Ridge development when assigning addresses for filing no. 1 in order to assure correct and consistent address assignment. The layout shown for Filing No. 4 has changed since we received that copy. When submitting copies of filings 3 and 4 for addressing, include a copy of the revised entire development to help ensure consistent addressing.
2. Page 2 shows the name of Keyhole Drive incorrectly, and pages 2 & 3 show the name of Bull Run Drive incorrectly.
3. Per Regional Building Code, section RBC312.8 addresses must appear on plats. Submit a 100 scale copy of the plat to our office for addressing. Place an (xxxx) on all lots and tracts which will require an address, in the location the address will be needed. Once addressing is completed, the addresses will be returned so that they may be placed on the mylar prior to recording.
4. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, street names and floodplain statement. A fee of $10 per lot/tract addressed, payable to Pikes Peak Regional Building Department will be due at the time of mylar review.
5. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat to Enumerations. Approval of any plans submitted for this development will be pending receipt in our office of a copy of the final recorded plat.

Morning All,
Street names were previously approved with the exception of the street labeled as "BULL DRIVE RUN".
This was approved and reserved as "BULL RUN DR." for this project, request the plat map be corrected.
I am also under the assumption that Keyhole DR and Fish Hook DR are public streets and the suffix was changed from the reserved POINT designation to reflect this.
