Similar comments to the first review. Letter of intent has similar issues to the preliminary plan letter of intent. Please incorporate an analysis of the review criteria for a final plat into the letter of intent. It may be beneficial to see other examples of projects that have been approved recently for an idea of the acceptable format for the letter of intent. Please also see attached for a checklist of the final plat LOI requirements. 11/10/2022 11:41:52 AM

A Subsurface Soil Investigation was submitted with the application for the Cathedral Rock Commons. A Geology and Soils Report is required with Preliminary Plans and, therefore, with these applications as outlined in the El Paso County Land Development Code. CGS recommends that a Geology and Soils Report be submitted to support the application as required by code.
