This proposed project is located within the Central Marsheffel Metropolitan District boundaries. The District assess’ building permit fees for new development within the District Boundaries, the District also assess’ a mill levy on property within the District Boundaries.

1. Plans can be submitted under the current address of the building 1453 Woolsey Heights. It appears this building is a single tenant building and will remain a single tenant building. Please let us know if this is not the case.

There is a CSU public wastewater main in the area and if your request is to change of use on the property indicated above from a medical marijuana grow warehouse/retail use to an auto repair shop/office use than a proposed sand oil interceptor will be required along with utility service plan.
