1. Note: the control building at 2150 Higby Road will be removed with this project and the substation at 2020 Higby Road.
2. If the new access is coming from Shahara Road then the address to the substation will need to change to an address from this street. The request to change an address form is on our web site and in this link here with the information needed to change the address. https://www.pprbd.org/File/Resources/Downloads/Addressing/REQUEST_TO_CHANGE_ADDRESS.pdf
3. Where is unmanned electrical equipment enclosure (1,200 sq ft) going to be located? This enclosure will require a separate address from the substation address.

1. Existing permit history is with 2150 Higby Road for what is labeled as the Control House. Permit was never completed with Regional Building Department. Was the permit completed with the State? Please clarify.
2. Additional building on site looks to be addressed as 2020 Higby Road. Labeled as Building #3. No permit history found with RBD. Are there any other addressing on site? Please clarify.
