Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for Maltese-Rolling Thunder Lot 11, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The letter of intent states that this lot will be split by a separate plat. The northern lot can retain the use of the existing address of 10659 Maltese Pt. and an address can be assigned from Firehouse View if the applicant desires. The southern lot will be assigned and address from Firehouse View.
2. The street name of Firehouse View is incorrectly shown on the plan as Firestone View.
3. When submitting building plans for the proposed buildings, they need to show the secondary addressing for the maximum number of tenant the building could potentially hold which follows the RBD secondary addressing guidelines available on our website.
4. Once this DP is approved, submit a copy to Enumerations for address assignment to be placed on the plat.
