Per LDC 5.2.50(C)(4) Base Required. All shipping containers shall be placed on a suitable level base, as determined by the PCD Director, to help ensure stability and safety. In order to satisfy this requirement, please provide detail (can include pictures) indicating the base. You will likely need to ensure that the base is level and indicate what type of soils you are putting the containers on. Please provide as much detail as possible in the letter of intent. |
