Staff apologizes this project has slipped through the planner review cracks due to the multiple staff change over. To start fresh, we will review the 1st submittal docs from a planning perspective as the application conforms to Chapter 6 of the LDC. If your subsequent submittals have addressed these ignore, if not please address with your next submittal. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. We will make this right. 1. There is a proposed trash enclosure, when submitting the church plans to RBD for permitting, a separate address and permit may be required if the trash enclosure is over 7’ in height.
2. The previous intent letter indicated there will be a gazebo at the northwest corner of the property. Is the gazebo still proposed? If so, we will need the location shown on the site plan so we can assign an address and plans will need to be submitted for permit.
3. The site plan still shows Shilling Road, please update the site plan to show the correct street name (Shilling Avenue)
4. The address for the existing cabin has been clarified. 16965 Lindberg Road. The new church will use the assigned address of 16955 Lindbergh Road.
5. Will there or has there been a rezone application to rezone this parcel to Residential? It appears the County Assessor’s website indicates that this lot is currently zoned A-5 (agricultural)

1. Appears proposed project is for a new church, the address for the church will be 16955 Lindbergh Road. Appears project includes a proposed gazebo as well. Please show the location of the gazebo on the site plan so an address can be assigned.
2. County Assessors website indicates this lot is for Residential and is zoned Agricultural (A-5) will there be a rezone proposal?
3. Is the Permit N01674 – Temp Service for the new structure? Clarify.
4. There is an existing one story wood frame cabin shown on the site plan, what address is assigned to the cabin? Is it 16965 Lindbergh Road? Please provide a site plan showing all structures with addresses.
5. The site plan shows Shilling Road, please change to Shilling Avenue.
