Please address the following in the Letter of Intent: - Please address trip generation and state the average daily trips for the existing zoning and the proposed zoning use. For your information, a vehicle visiting the property is counted as two (2) trips; an arrival trip and a departure trip. -Please discuss if this meets all of the requirements for no TIS required per ECM B.1.2.D. - Item #4 states that, "The property is currently undeveloped." Please revise this statement as the property is currently developed. Please describe what the site looks like today. -Stormwater is evaluating the site and may provide additional comments.
